Radwanska and friends celebrate her baby shower

Agnieszka Radwanska celebrated her baby shower this past weekend with her closest friends and younger sister Urszula. Near the end of January, the 31-year-old announced she was expecting her first child.

Around this time eight years ago, Radwanska was holding a Wimbledon plate instead of a baby bump as she made her way to her first career Grand Slam final, falling to Serena Williams in three sets.

Radwanska married fellow tennis player Dawid Celt in 2017. She will join fellow recently retired WTA star Dominika Cibulkova as the newest moms in the tennis world.

Cibulkova had her son Jakub just two weeks ago. Radwanska retired at the end of the 2018 season. She had been ranked as high has No. 2 in the world with 20 WTA title victories.
