The US Open is taking over New York City, starting with the ringing of the New York Stock Exchange bell by Milos Raonic on Thursday. The 25-year-old looked eager and ready for the honor with his badge and smile firmly in place. USTA President Katrina Adams was on hand to support the world No. 6.

The Canadian's last Grand Slam performance was a career milestone, reaching his first major final at Wimbledon. Though he's a Canadian at heart, Raonic owns an apartment in New York City, and will feel right at home all fortnight long.
