Visitors to the Rafael Nadal Academy last week wouldn't have only been star struck from getting a peek at its titular namesake.

How about two legends for the price of one?

On Thursday, Roger Federer paid a surprise visit to Nadal's eponymous academy while on vacation in Mallorca, completing a "Big 3" reunion tour that also saw him watch Novak Djokovic score a Centre Court win a week prior at Wimbledon.

Nadal and Federer were last together at Roland Garros in May, where the tournament brought together the trio and Andy Murray for a farewell ceremony for the Spaniard at "his house," the tournament he famously dominated. Reuniting as a duo in Nadal's actual home of Mallorca, Federer strolled around the complex with his one-time rival, who is soon set to become a father of two, and signed autographs and snapped selfies with students who were there taking tennis lessons.

While it may have been a surprise for attendees, according to the ATP tour, Federer has dropped in before: Federer was on hand when the academy opened in 2016, and again to tour its 2024 expansion.

Later, the two traded tennis courts for the putting greens of the famed Pula Golf Resort, where they played a round of golf together.

But Federer wasn't the only famous face on campus in the days after Wimbledon. Alexander Zverev tuned up for the upcoming summer hard-court season by practicing at the academy under the watchful eye of Toni Nadal.
