Jarmere Jenkins, hitting partner to Serena Williams in her globe-trotting tennis play, certainly has stories to share. He's also creating a good many of his own. As he begins to travel alongside the GOAT, he's making memories happen not just for himself but also for young amateur hitters in each location.

The 27-year-old Jenkins, a former University of Virginia standout, won singles, doubles and team titles in his college playing days before turning professional. He won his first pro event in 2013 before retiring from ATP play in mid-2017.

His brother, tasked to serve as hitting partner with Venus Williams, recommended him to Serena's camp as a practice partner. So far, the rest ihistory. Pro player Christopher Eubanks has championed Jenkins' goings-on for quite some time, as well a friend should.

Through it all, Jenkins hardly lets good fortune get to his head. An insatiable desire to give back motivates him to post free-lesson tweets uncharacteristic of someone with such stature.

Tennis observers took to Eubanks spotlighting Jenkins' story, weighing in with kudos aplenty.
