While Sloane Stephens and Kim Clijsters may not have participated in the 2020 Tokyo Olympics, they still made the most of their time this past week.

The pair of US Open champions headlined an exhibition match at the Truist Atlanta Open, benefiting their respective charities. Stephens earned $5,000 for her own foundation while Clijsters raised the same amount for the Belgian Red Cross.

Stephens won the friendly contest, 6-4 6-4, but Clijsters did not seem to mind, loving the atmosphere from fans in Atlanta.

The 37-year-old last appeared in a tour-level event at the 2020 US Open, having struggled with a recurring knee injury this year. Stephens is set to return to WTA action next week at the WTA 500 tournament in San Jose, Calif.
