St. Petersburg is picking up a reputation for quickly turning a tennis court into a full-blown concert. The Russian city hosted a strong field for the WTA Premier event last week and launched into the trophy presentation with a show fit for halftime at the Super Bowl.

Kiki Bertens won the championship match over Donna Vekic, 7-6 (2), 6-4.

Not long after, the court was transformed into a neon-lit stage for the closing ceremony.

Last year, the tournament put on similarly incredible show for Caroline Wozniacki to celebrate her return to No. 1.

The win on Sunday marked Bertens' eighth career WTA crown and raised her ranking to a career-high of No. 8.
