WATCH: Stefanos Tsitsipas and his "sunscreen guy" expose Chris Eubanks for career oversight

“I see what I’ve been missing from my career for the past five years,” Christopher Eubanks stated on Tennis Channel Tuesday.

What exactly could that be? Stefanos Tsitsipas’ personal sunscreen assistant.

When a compilation of two-time defending Monte Carlo champion inside the players’ lounge aired, it involved as many highlights as the Greek’s eventual match. The Greek was scheduled last on Court Rainier III, so the waiting game was an expectation for his workday.

“I apply my own sunscreen and that clearly has been my downfall. The grip gets all slippery and wet, it makes total sense!” voiced Eubanks, as a montage of shots from the moment continued to roll.

“You don’t have a sunscreen guy?!” chimed in Goodall.

“I don’t. I will tell you this, I will be having a conversation with my coach very soon,” said Eubanks. “You can’t get the sunscreen on the hands and expect to hold a racquet well.”

After all that VIP preparation, Tsitsipas played just five games in his second-round opener. He led Benjamin Bonzi 4-1 when the Frenchman was forced to stop due to injury.
