There’s yet another new mom on the WTA Tour as Taylor Townsend welcomed baby boy Adyn Aubrey on Sunday. The American took to Instagram to introduce her little man to the world.

The 24-year-old had announced in October that she was expecting her first child.

"Life has a funny way of putting you exactly where you are supposed to be. I’m so excited to embark on the journey of motherhood!!" she wrote on Instagram.

The world No. 98 hasn’t played since reaching the US Open doubles semifinals with frequent partner Asia Muhammad in September, a month before announcing the big news. She was three months pregnant during last year's major event.

The new mom joins the likes of Serena Williams, Victoria Azarenka, Kim Clijsters, Elena Vesnina, Tsvetana Pironkova and Sania Mirza in the WTA Mom club.
