Players usually don't have the time to truly explore the places they're in, even when it's somewhere as beautiful as Thailand. In Hua Hin, Ajla Tomljanovic did not make that mistake when she visited with some local elephants.

The Croatian clearly had a blast taking in the stunning country.

The 25-year-old would reach the final of the inaugural WTA International in Hua Hin before falling to 18-year-old Dayana Yastremska.

Tomljanovic's on-again, off-again boyfriend Nick Kyrgios was unamused with the Ukrainian teenager calling a medical time out at 5-2 down in the third set.

Yastremska had her left ankle taped but wanted treatment on her left knee. She would come back to win 6-2, 2-6, 7-6 (3) for the second WTAT tile of her young career. Tomljanovic is now 0-4 in WTA finals, but the solid week in Thailand has lifted her ranking to a career-high of No. 41.
