During the ATP World Tour Finals, David Goffin was put up against Novak Djokovic as the 9th seed, hoping to capitalize on his newfound chance. Unfortunately, things didn't work out as planned and Djokovic defeated the Belgian fairly easily, 6-1, 6-2.
However, that doesn't mean there weren't any surprises. In the first set, the Serbian had Goffin on the run and it seemed like another easy point. That is, until the ball fell short, forcing the No. 11-ranked player to sprint and send a picture perfect lob into the right corner of the court, receiving approval from his opponent.
