One of the things that makes the BNP Paribas Open in Indian Wells so special is some of the top stars of the sport taking to the doubles court. This year will be no different, especially given the new $1 million bonus offered to anyone that can win both the singles and doubles crown.

Stan Wawrinka and Rafael Nadal were entered in doubles (though not together) but pulled out of both Indian Wells and Miami with injuries.

The Zverev brother tandem of Alexander and Mischa are in the draw, as is the sibling duo of Karolina and Kristyna Pliskova. Other star-studded teams include Dominic Thiem and Philipp Petzschner, Grigor Dimitrov and Juan Martin del Potro and top women's singles seed Simona Halep with countrywoman Irina-Camelia Begu.
