Available to Attendees: Virtual Ticket Stub NFT

The US Open has never been afraid to kick off new and exciting experiences for its fans and most importantly evolve. This year is no different, the USTA recently announced the major tournament is offering its first NFT (non-fungible token) collection. Every fan can now keep a special token from this year's event in a never-before way.

With multiple levels of the digital collectibles, fans are able to commemorate their 2021 event by grabbing an innovative "virtual ticket stub." Fans can have proof they were there to witness history as the card is the ultimate proof of fandom. All customers have to do is enter their email associated with the tickets purchased to register their NFT ticket.

That's not all, if fans are looking for something more art driven and fun, there is the "2021 US Open Collectible Edition." This NFT features the US Open singles trophies along with the artwork from this season. The 3D design makes this limited token a treat and the best part is it's only $30.

Last but not least is the one of one "Golden Aces." Each Golden Ace card offers player specific benefits and also a chance to earn incredible access at the New York Slam. With a purchase of one of these exclusive cards, fans will have the opportunity to enjoy a backstage tour of the US Open, 30 minutes hitting session in Arthur Ashe Stadium, photo opportunities, swag bags and more.

There are only five one of one cards left in the exclusive collection, with Venus Williams, Stan Smith, the Bryan brothers, Andy Roddick and Billie Jean King still up for grabs.

“Enabling fans worldwide to engage with the US Open in the NFT space is an exciting step, because it offers a number of accessible, modern and in some cases extraordinary ways to interact with the event and its champions in an increasingly popular digital realm,” said USTA Managing Director, Kirsten Corio.

The USTA's collaboration with VaynerNFT on this inaugural NFT concept will be available until September 12.
