At 41-years-old, Venus Williams is at the top of her game. Venus has always put an emphasis on self-care, fitness and nutrition, and it certainly shows when she's out on the court or walking the Met Gala carpet. In case you missed it, the former No. 1 was glowing from head to toe in a deep red evening dress at fashion's biggest night out.

How does she do it? Well, as an athlete she knows a thing or two about details and she does her best at focusing on them while having fun.

Still in New York, Venus joined celebrity trainer Kira Stokes in hosting a wellness event for New York's top fitness and lifestyle influencers. The seven-time Grand Slam champion was bursting with energy as she lead the hard-hitting workout. The event was held by Venus' athleisure clothing brand EleVen by Venus Williams at the swanky Dumbo House.

The workout and wellness session was done with the underlying meaning being, "be in pursuit of your best self." With two rows of bright yellow mats, the group had the ultimate sweat session on the beautiful NYC rooftop. Venus' other business venture, Happy Viking also supported the wellness session by providing delicious post workout drinks at the bar.

The shakes are designed to help customers feel better by packing essential plant-based nutrients, such as, DHA Omega-3 and High Oleic Sunflower Oil. The beverages are also gluten-free, soy-free and dairy-free.

Following the tough workout, Venus apparently wasn't done bringing the heat as she strutted to Saucy Santana's "Walk."

Venus didn't play at this year's US Open due to a lingering leg injury she's been experiencing all summer and "just couldn't work through it."
