Venus Williams posted on Instagram for the first time since Wimbledon to show she's still putting in the work.

The former No. 1, who has already seven Grand Slam trophies and 49 WTA titles, shared several photos and a potentially iconic video of her latest practice session.

Why iconic? Venus was joined by father Richard, who monitored her on-court footwork session.

The Williams patriarch will assume an even bigger role later this year when the biopic "King Richard" debuts on the silver screen. Five-time Golden Globe and two-time Academy Award nominee Will Smith is set to portray Richard in the film, which serves as a glimpse into how his coaching helped his two famous daughters become who they are today.

Venus made her WTA debut at just 14 years old at the Bank of the West Classic in 1994. Now 41, she balances continuing to compete with her own clothing brand, interior design firm, and plant-based protein shake brand.

Though set to miss the Tokyo Olympics, the four-time Gold medalist will be back in action during the North American hard court swing.
