Although Venus Williams missed this year's US Open and hasn't competed since last month's WTA 250 event in Chicago, she's showing no signs of slowing down. The 41-year-old is on the road again, but this time with sister Isha Price. The two are enjoying quality time together in Barcelona.

Continuing her "Wellness with Venus" Instagram series, Venus shot a fun 30-minute video alongside Isha in the stadium that hosted the 1992 Olympic Games. Since the two were at the historic site, they kept to the Olympics theme going and covered a few Olympians that conquered mental health challenges.

"Get ready to get inspired by Olympic athletes who faced and conquered their mental health challenges," Venus wrote on Instagram.

Venus kicked off the "Wellness with Venus" segment with four-time gold medalist Simone Biles.

"You have to have a team that supports you through the good times and even the bad, and a team that tells you the truth," Venus said of what she learned from Biles' Olympics withdrawal. The gymnast was surrounded by great teammates that listened, cared and, most importantly, understood the severity of her injury.

Having family and people she trust in her corner is an essential to Venus and her mental health as well.

The sisters covered everything from their own mental health challenges, Venus' Olympics history, and even played a quick trivia game. Aside from enjoying quality sister time, the seven-time major singles champion also launched her latest "Retro" collection for EleVen by Venus Williams, and one word sums it up: groovy.

The collection consists of floral patterns, printed disco chevron foil, and lots of color blocking. Of course, Venus pulled off the sports bra and disco chevron leggings perfectly. The full collection is available now.
