Victoria Azarenka was in a giving mood after kicking off the 2023 season with a run to the Adelaide International quarterfinals, handing out towels to fans after an impressive win over Chinese rival Zheng Qinwen.

The former world No. 1 gamely fielded zealous requests from youngsters in the stands, some of whom wanted one of her tennis racquets as a souvenir.

“I need them for the Australian Open!” quipped the two-time champion, who won back-to-back Happy Slams in 2012 and 2013.

Not wanting them to leave empty-handed, Azarenka instead offered towels used during the match; the fans happily obliged.

The mother of six-year-old Leo shouted out the moment as it popped up on social media, and may yet have more presents for fans should she overcome Czech teen Linda Noskova and reach the semifinals.
