American comedian Wanda Sykes is psyched about this week's Miami Open to say the least. The Emmy award winner is a pretty big tennis enthusiast and long-time supporter of the Tennis Channel—the supplier of her live-tennis fix.

On Thursday, she received a special Miami Open gift box from tennis channel, which included a festive margarita drink. However, The comedian wasn't looking to share the tasty beverage with her significant other, Alex Sykes.

Alex: "Can you pour me a glass?"

Wanda: "I just watched a match, I just watched that Ash Barty match."

Alex: "I just worked!"

Wanda: "Ok I mean...so...you can join me. Coco Gauff is playing tonight."

Alex: "Alright! Sounds good." (Reaching for a drink)

Wanda: "You have to watch a match first."

According to the 57-year-old actress, her wife didn't earn a drink quite yet. In all honesty, watching Barty pull off a Houdini-like win in her Miami opener probably warranted a tasty drink. The grueling match left fans on the edge of their seats as the world No. 1 saved a match point and won five consecutive games to post a 6-3, 4-6, 7-5 score against qualifier Kristina Kucova.

Needless to say, Wanda's requirement of watching Gauff play doesn't seem so bad, right? With the weekend around the corner, it's safe to say the Sykes household will have the WTA and ATP action rolling and the margaritas pouring.
