WATCH: Federer shows off acting skills in ad with De Niro

Not many people want Roger Federer to start a second, non-tennis career any time soon, but if he does, acting might be an attractive option.

In a commercial for Switzerland Tourism, Federer starred alongside Robert De Niro in a sketch in which he (unsuccessfully) pitches De Niro a film set in his home country:

"Early Oscar favorite?" Federer joked on Twitter, replying one of the many comments he got from adoring fans.

Speaking of Federer and Switzerland: The 20-time Slam champion is scheduled to play the clay-court Geneva Open ATP 250 event, which begins on May 16.
