Coco Gauff is training hard in Delray Beach as the reopening of the tour looms in August. The teenager showcased impressive medicine ball skills as she works on improving her strength during this extended lay off.
The single arm press and catch looks like it involves a lot of confidence, balance and power to do properly. Power is something Gauff has in spades from top to bottom as she's also been working on her lower body.
The world No. 52 has been training with Richard Woodroof of Raw Tennis Performance in south Florida. Before the shutdown in March, Gauff had reached the fourth round of the Australian Open with wins over Venus Williams and Naomi Osaka.
