Her exercise schedule these days:

"I work out three times a week with my husband and a trainer for about an hour," she said. "And then the rest of the days I still like to stay active—I do lots of walks with my kids and we're always running around."

How she spent her off-seasons:

"It was very intense," she said. "It would be about six hours of work on court and in the gym."

Whether she does any mediation:

"I try to meditate as much as I can, daily maybe 10 minutes if I get the chance. It's very, very important to quiet our minds, especially in the times that we are living [in] at the moment," she said. "Even if you don't think you're doing [a] good job, you're doing a good job."
