Despite being off the tennis tour for nearly four years, Ana Ivanovic remains a fitness influencer of sorts—and online she's highly communicative with her followers.

Just a few months after appearing as an Athlete Analyst for Tennis Channel, the former world No. 1 answered fan questions covering a wide range of topics, such as ...

Her exercise schedule these days:

"I work out three times a week with my husband and a trainer for about an hour," she said. "And then the rest of the days I still like to stay active—I do lots of walks with my kids and we're always running around."

How she spent her off-seasons:

Two tennis sessions a day, of about two hours, plus 30-to-40–minute fitness sessions after each practice.

"It was very intense," she said. "It would be about six hours of work on court and in the gym."

Whether she does any mediation:

"I try to meditate as much as I can, daily maybe 10 minutes if I get the chance. It's very, very important to quiet our minds, especially in the times that we are living [in] at the moment," she said. "Even if you don't think you're doing [a] good job, you're doing a good job."

And her favorite career moment: Lifting the Roland Garros trophy

The 33-year-old retired in 2016 after winning 15 titles and reaching No. 1 in the world.
