Nick Kyrgios is putting in the gym time to make a return to the courts.

The Australian posted a brief video on social media showcasing his efforts to get back on the tour after struggling with a hip injury that has impeded his performance for months now.

Set to the song “Extra Luv” by hip-hop artist Future, Kyrgios demonstrated how he’s working on balance and stability, with some agility and core work. Earlier this week, he was spotted playing a mixed basketball game in Canberra for the Canberra City Stallions.

The hip injury forced him to retire at Wimbledon and pull out of this week’s BB&T Atlanta Open, where he was the defending champion.

His victory there last year was the second of three titles he won in 2016. While the 22-year-old hasn’t reached a final this year, he has advanced to three semifinals and posted two wins over Novak Djokovic—ranked No. 2 at the time—in Acapulco and Indian Wells.

Currently ranked No. 21, Kyrgios is looking to make his summer hard-court debut next week at the Citi Open in Washington, D.C., an ATP World Tour 500-level event.
