WATCH: Kyrgios rains down aces with serve innovations

Nick Kyrgios is putting on quite the show at Queen's Club with ace after ace after ace. On Friday, he took out defending champion Feliciano Lopez, 7-6 (5), 7-6 (3) with the help of 32 aces, including one on match point.

He also struck down that exact same number of aces in his three-set win over Kyle Edmund the day before in the round of 16. Adding to the impressiveness is Kyrgios' tendency to get a little silly during his matches. There's the tweeners and tweener lobs, of course, but also what appears to be changes to his service motion.

"The talent level is off the charts," Tracy Austin said. "If he ever gets everything together, which I think he will. I think we’re starting to see signs of him going in that direction where all the pieces of the puzzles are coming together. He is going to win Grand Slam after Grand Slam."

The 23-year-old Australian is on the comeback from an elbow injury that sidelined him for two months, forcing him to miss the French Open. Though he's playing with a sleeve on his right arm, his serve has been unhindered.

Kyrgios is into the semifinals where he faces Wimbledon and Australian Open finalist Marin Cilic. The world No 21 is seeking his fifth career ATP title and second of 2018.
