"Feeling short for the first time in my life," Tsitsipas wrote on Twitter.
And whenever there's an intersection between tennis and basketball, Nick Kyrgios has to be part of the conversation. Tsitsipas, clearly egging his new friend on, got Antetokounmpo to proclaim on video that Kyrgios was no longer his favorite tennis player:
"Nick, you were my favorite tennis athlete ... but now it's Nadal because I just love him," Antetokounmpo said.
"I’m just playing around. I love your game brother," Antetokounmpo commented after Kyrgios posted the video on Instagram.
One can't help but hope we're witnessing an epic tennis-basketball charity exhibition in the making.
