Top WTA players have revealed what it was like to face the best player in the world in a new feature video. A highlight is Sloane Stephens talking about the final in Montreal, which she considers the shining match of the year, despite losing 7-6 (6), 3-6, 6-4.

"My best match of 2018 was the Montreal final against Halep," Stephens said. "That was such a battle of a match. I didn't win, but I think for the whole year overall that was the best match that I played from start to finish."
