Anna Kournikova welcomes fourth child with Enrique Iglesias

Congratulations are in order for Anna Kournikova and Enrique Iglesias, who have welcomed their fourth child together.

The former tennis star and the Spanish pop icon shared the news in a joint Instagram post, simply captioned “My Sunshine 12.17.2025.” The couple did not reveal the baby’s name or sex, keeping the announcement short and sweet.

Kournikova, 44, and Iglesias, 50, have been together since 2001 and are already parents to eight-year-old twins Lucy and Nicholas, along with their five-year-old daughter, Mary. Known for fiercely guarding their privacy, the pair tend to share major family moments on their own terms—and this latest announcement was no exception.

Long before her lowkey life in Miami and motherhood, Kournikova was one of the most recognizable faces in sports. She burst onto the tennis scene as a teenager and quickly became a global superstar, helping blaze a trail for Russian women’s tennis.

While she never won a singles title, Kournikova reached a career-high world No. 8 and competed among an elite WTA Top 10 group that included Martina Hingis, Monica Seles, Lindsay Davenport, and Venus and Serena Williams. Her biggest on-court successes came in doubles, where she reached world No. 1 and won two Australian Open titles and two WTA Finals trophies, all alongside Hingis.

Persistent back and spine injuries forced Kournikova to retire in 2003 at just 21 years old. Once one of the most photographed women on the planet, she has since embraced a quieter life in South Florida, occasionally sharing glimpses of family moments while keeping most of it blissfully private.
