Mirra Andreeva welcomed a new member to the family this week, introducing fans to new dog Rassy after an 18-month odyssey and back-to-back breakthrough seasons.
“Our girl Rassy🥰🐾🦴🐶🤭” captioned Andreeva in a post on her official Instagram page.
The idea to add a furry friend to Andreeva’s entourage was first born out of a bet with mother Rasia, one that required the teenager to score a Top 20 debut. She held up her end of the bargain last fall by reaching the 2024 China Open quarterfinals, but held off on procuring a pet until she could find the perfect one.
