Three-time Wimbledon champion Boris Becker tells DPA that the state of German’s men’s tennis is not acceptable. Germany only has two men in the tTop 50: Florian Mayer at No. 23 and Philipp Kohlschreiber at No. 43.
"It is a little sobering to see where we are right now, and where we used to be," Becker said. "We badly need to change structures. We must find a system to have German tennis players who play in the Top 10 or 15 in five years time."
