Alex Bogomolov Jr. says he wants to go back to Russia to help the country develop better pro players when he retires. The 29-year-old still lives in the United States despite switching nationalities from the U.S. to Russia last year in order to play Davis Cup. Bogomolov Jr. has seen his ranking drop from a career-high No. 33 last October to his current No. 119.

“I want Russia to regain their past glories in tennis,” Bogomolov Jr. told the New Straits Times. “I will help in whichever way I can together with other former tennis players.”
