Jennifer Capriati will be repaid $510,701.21 by ex-agent David Sugarman as part of a bankruptcy proceeding.

Capriati was an investor in the Sugar Time ageny started by Sugarman, who declared bankruptcy in February.

Court documents cited by Radaronline.com say that he has agreed to pay back the investment security, without "Capriati having to incur expenses of litigating the issues."

The former Grand Slam champion will receive installment payments of $1,000 based on a settlement. Sugarman is reported to owe an overall total of $1.4 million.

It is another legal victory for Capriati, who also had stalking charges made against her by an ex-boyfriend dropped earlier this year.
