"Dominika Cibulkova smells tennis balls" doesn't sound like the most click-baiting YouTube title ever, but these are no ordinary tennis balls. They hail from tennis' four major tournaments, and the Slovak is here to tell you that she can smell them from a mile away. When blindfolded.

In truth, she fields a Wimbledon ball first, well acquainted with its smell for the past fortnight, as she says. Thus the probability of her accuracy improves to 33 percent straightaway, and from there she capably handles the olfactory offerings from Roland Garros and the Australian and U.S. Opens, respectively.

To her credit on court, Cibulkova defeated Agnieszka Radwanska over three hours—and 9-7 in the final stanza, at that—before falling to Elena Vesnina and her two-syllable grunt in the Wimbledon quarterfinals. Still, she'll always have this:
