In an interview with Seattle Times, Jim Courier says that the best steel cage match between tennis rivals would be between Jimmy Connors and John McEnroe. "They're both fairly slight guys, but they're both pretty fierce, too," he said. "I think I might favor Connors. He'd probably be willing to do almost anything."
The newspaper also asked him whether he thought that any of the women could compete with the top males: "One-word answer: No," he said.
