KEY BISCAYNE, Fla.— Indian Wells finalist Roger Federer is out of the Miami Open, but the champion, Juan Martin del Potro, remains. He faces a familiar opponent on Sunday in Kei Nishikori.

Both Del Potro and Nishikori have had their fair share of injury struggles with Nishikori most recently dealing with a wrist injury that's knocked him out of the Top 30. Del Potro, though healthy, is dealing with fatigue after 12 straight wins.

Nina Pantic takes a look at Del Potro vs. Nishikori, as well as Venus Williams' open draw:

On the women's side, Venus Williams sits in a fairly wide-open section of the draw after world No. 2 Caroline Wozniacki's loss to Monica Puig. The No. 8 seed danced her way through a tricky opening round, and takes on Kiki Bertens (who her sister Serena beat in Indian Wells).
