Roger Federer has been defeated 6-4, 6-4 by Nikolay Davydenko in the Doha semifinals, producing a first-serve percentage of 55% and getting broken three times.
After losing their first 12 meetings, Davydenko has now won the last two -- the Russian also defeated Federer in the semifinals of the ATP World Tour Finals in London in November.
In the final, Davydenko will face Rafael Nadal, who defeated Viktor Troicki 6-1, 6-3.
