Novak Djokovic has added Doha to his playing schedule, and could add Radek Stepanek as his second coach.

According to sources cited by iDNES online, the Serb has appointed the recently retired Stepanek to join his team. Djokovic is coached by Andre Agassi, but Agassi plans to limit his travel to Grand Slam events and a few other tournament weeks.

No official announcement has been issued.

Stepanek's name also came up when Agassi was initially appointed just before the French Open, but Djokovic has been sidelined with an elbow injury since Wimbledon, where he retired in the fourth round. Djokovic stopped working with his prior team during the clay court season.

Stepanek reached No. 8 in singles and was also a top doubles player, and twice clinched the Davis Cup for his nation.

Djokovic is scheduled to begin his comeback at the Abu Dhabi exhibition event, and is signed up to compete in Doha the following week. The tournament has not officially announced his participation.

Djokovic has dropped to No. 12 in the rankings while off the tour.
