Jelena Dokic's boyfriend Tin Bikic and her coach Borna Bikic have been questioned by police after apparently having an argument with another passenger and cabin staff on their plane flight to Melbourne.
Australian police said they questioned two Croatain men but would not identify them personally. They said the men were not charged, but could face a fine under Australian laws.
Dokic's agency, IMG, said she was not involved.
"On a Hobart to Melbourne flight this afternoon a female passenger complained that the person behind her [Tin Bikic] kept knocking her seat," said a statement released by IMG.
"Tin and his brother Borna Bikic became involved in an argument with the passenger and then a member of cabin crew. The brothers were met by police after the flight and explained what occurred.
"Both Tin and Borna unreservedly apologise to the woman and cabin staff involved."
