Ivan Ljubicic has taken out second seed Novak Djokovic 7-5, 6-3 in the fourth round of Indian Wells.
Djokovic, who won two long contests in leading Serbia to a Davis Cup victory over the U.S. two weeks ago, said he was exhausted. “It was emotionally very exhausting for me. I am very glad that I'm now gonna have at least three, four days without any practice and I need that,” he said. “People don't realize that you need equally to be rested as you need to practice, and this is the balance that I'm still trying to make with the schedule. It's really difficult. I'm going to take it easy now.”
