PARIS (AP) Even Rafael Nadal acknowledges his French Open semifinal against Andy Murray is not nearly as intriguing as the one between unbeaten Novak Djokovic and 16-time Grand Slam champion Roger Federer.

Nadal describes Djokovic-Federer as ``the best player of today against the best player in history'' and says that if he were a fan, he definitely would want to watch.

Heading into Friday's semifinals, the second-seeded Djokovic is 41-0 in 2011 and has won 43 matches in a row overall. He also can assure himself of taking away Nadal's No. 1 ranking with a victory over Federer, the 2009 French Open champion.

Nadal is bidding to tie Bjorn Borg's record of six titles at Roland Garros, while Murray hopes to give Britain its first male champion since 1936.
