Felix Auger-Aliassime made a winning start to his Miami Open campaign on Saturday afternoon, battling past Marton Fucsovics in two close sets at the Masters 1000 event, 7-6 (3), 7-5.
And it was a special one: the 200th hard-court win of his career.
The 25-year-old Canadian, who’s now 200-115 on the surface, is just the second man born in the 2000s to reach that milestone, after Jannik Sinner, who’s 241-54 on it after his opening win in Miami today.
