MUZZ HAS BUZZ Despite his season's early close due to back surgery, Andy Murray was recognized "for services to tennis" and received an OBE medal from Prince William, the Duke of Cambridge, at Buckingham Palace on Oct. 16. THE YEAR OF FED Fans of Roger Federer can get a 2014 calendar now that bears his countenance on each spread for less than $30. (That's roughly $2.45 per month; I did the math.) TENNIS TREATS Whether hosting a sports-themed Halloween party or just an everyday shebang, one of USTA Midwest's Pinterest boards harbors great visuals for tennis-centric goodies. (Lest we forget, your loyal Spin keeper appeared at a 2006 Halloween party as one John McEnroe.)
