LOVE-LOVE  With four groomsmen and five bridesmaids at hand, Elena Vesnina married her beau Pavel Tabuntsov last week amidst a flurry of off-season nuptials for players that saw David Ferrer and Marc Lopez each wed as well. Among the attendees: Marat Safin, Dinara Safina, Elena Dementieva, Ekaterina Makarova, Vera Zvonareva, and more Russian tennis stars.

If Vesnina has any ex-boyfriends in her relational closet, suffice it to say: "Living well is the best revenge." Exhibit A: her honeymoon environs—and that swimsuit. Halle Berry's Bond girl has nothing on Vesnina's orange bikini.

GRUNT WORK  Garbine Muguruza spoke with a Spanish TV host recently, and the subject of (sigh) Maria Sharapova's grunting on court came up, as it's prone to do when non-tennis interviewers grasp for a talking point. To Muguruza's credit, she mostly offers that Sharapova has a superior grunt to herself and intimidates a lot of other players.

EXO = XO Now-perennial pals Caroline Wozniacki and Serena Williams collided for an exhibition match in Denmark over the weekend, with the homegrown gal winning in straight sets. This marked Serena's first match of any kind, as well as first public comments, since her U.S. Open semifinal upset at the volley-able hands of Roberta Vinci.
