The Fred Wells Tennis and Education Center is a public indoor and outdoor tennis facility located at Fort Snelling in St. Paul, MN, that serves more than 2,500 people per year. The facility has eight 78-foot courts, three of which have blended lines used for 10 and Under Tennis, and one 60-foot 10 and Under Tennis court.

Since opening its doors in 2002, FWTEC has remained focused on its mission of empowering youth to be successful on and off the court, through tennis and education opportunities that guide and challenge them mentally, physically, socially and academically. With tennis and education as its core programs, FWTEC engages young people outside of the school day by making the programs accessible without regard to cost or transportation.
