The court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) has dismissed the ITF and WADA's appeal on Richard Gasquet's positive test for cocaine, meaning the Frenchman is still free to compete on the tour.

Gasquet had received a two and a half month sentence from an independent anti-doping tribunal this summer after tracing the source of the cocaine to a nightclub kiss the night before the test. CAS upheld the tribunal's ruling, dismissing the ITF's appeal that Gasquet had not sufficiently proved his theory and the suspension was less than the minimum required by the anti-doping code.
