Greul, Devvarman, De Voest win at SA Open

JOHANNESBURG (AP) Simon Greul of Germany, Somdev Devvarman of India and South African wild card Rik de Voest won first-round matches at the SA Tennis Open on Monday.

Greul beat Brazilian qualifier Thiago Alves 6-2, 7-5, Devvarman ousted local player Raven Klaasen 6-4, 6-3, and De Voest edged Stefano Galvani of Italy 6-3, 5-7, 7-6 (6).
