Andreas Haider-Maurer has repeated last month's win over Thomas Muster in Vienna, defeating the 43-year-old former No. 1 6-3, 6-1 in the Salzburg challenger. The fellow Austrians played in the first round of their home event in Vienna, where Muster received a wildcard and Haider-Maurer made the main draw as a lucky loser.
