Despite undergoing two hip surgeries, former No. 1 Lleyton Hewitt still believes he has the potential to crack the Top 10 again. The 29-year-old will open his 2011 season at the Hopman Cup and then he will compete in the Kooyong Classic exhibition event for the first time, instead of playing in Sydney.

"It's all about scheduling and what I believe to be the best preparation to win a Grand Slam for me," the No. 54-ranked Hewitt said. "It's also about trying something different… If I play a full year I'd like to finish in the Masters Cup. I still feel when I play my best tennis I'm able to compete against the best guys. If I do what I think I'm capable of in the bigger tournaments and especially the Grand Slams then I think it's a realistic goal."—Matthew Cronin
