Holger Rune is doing everything he can to expedite a return to professional tennis after suffering a devastating Achilles injury last month.

The 22-year-old Dane has been working hard in the five weeks since he fully ruptured his left proximal Achilles tendon when facing France's Ugo Humbert in the semifinals of the BNP Paribas Nordic Open in October.
This week, he had fans on social media cheering as he was back on the practice court at his Monte Carlo base, taking tenacious swipes at forehands while hopping for the ball in a boot.
