The BNP Paribas Open, aka "Indian Wells" to those who have been around the block with pro tennis, went to the WTA Top 8 and asked them about each other's lives. It was quite telling:

A few notes here: Maria Sharapova knows nothing about anyone else ... She does, however, nearly say, "Who in the world likes Nickelback?" (That's Victoria Azarenka, for the loss) ... Wozniacki apparently doesn't know her "besty" Vika so well ... Vika and Maria were fittingly awkward in their response to Agnieszka Radwanska questions ... and who doesn't love Li Na? "Women's Day is a birthday for all of the women!"

Very well edited, that piece. It could've ended sadly and awkwardly on the last query's note, and yet Samantha Stosur lightens it up.  

Now here's a delightful photo gallery from the Indian Wells players party. Do click through all 20 shots, as the last one is pure beauty. Seriously, Ana Ivanovic—in purple? Pristine. All but perfect. Then there are Sam Querrey and Gael Monfils: Someone get them style consultants, please. Pro tennis can be like any office job, to a degree: Dress for the job (ranking) you want, not the one you have.
