The Croatian tennis federation reports that Goran Prpic has resigned as captain of the country's Davis Cup and Fed Cup teams. Prpic has headed the men for four years and the women for 11. Croatian state TV reported that former Wimbledon champion Goran Ivanisevic is likely to captain the Davis Cup team for its 2012 first round tie against Japan.
