Doubles specialist Mark Knowles of the Bahamas became just the fifth player in ATP history to record 700 doubles wins when he and Lleyton Hewitt bested Lukasz Kubot and Oliver Marach 6-4, 7-6 (0) in Barcelona Thursday. The Bahamian joins doubles players Todd Woodbridge (782 wins), Daniel Nestor (745), Sherwood Stewart (723) and Jonas Bjorkman (709) in the 700-win club.—M.C.
