PARIS (AP) Scott Lipsky of the United States and Casey Dellacqua of Australia won their first Grand slam title Thursday when they beat defending champions Nenad Zimonjic of Serbia and Katarina Srebotnik of Slovenia 7-6 (6), 4-6, 10-7 in the mixed doubles final at the French Open.
In men's doubles, top-seeded American twins Mike and Bob Bryan lost to Juan Sebastian Cabal of Colombia and Eduardo Schwank of Argentina 7-6 (4), 6-3 in the semifinals.
The Bryans were bidding for a second title at Roland Garros and an 11th Grand Slam overall. That would have equaled the Open era record set by Todd Woodbridge and Mark Woodforde.
In the final, Cabal and Schwank will face second-seeded Daniel Nestor of Canada and Max Mirnyi of Belarus.
